VERDICT: Having been described as 'black type' by Cieren Fallon after her debut victory at Redcar and then following up under a penalty over C&D, an opening mark of 85 may prove lenient for Cognisance. William Haggas' filly ticks plenty of the right boxes and a hat-trick is on the cards. An improved performance is forecast from the downgraded D Flawless, who could prove dangerous if allowed an easy lead. Last month's track-and-trip novice winner Upscale enters handicaps off what looks a workable rating and further progression cannot be ruled out either.
