VERDICT: Master Dandy responded well for Jack Doughty when landing an apprentices' race over 6f at Lingfield last week and, given he is 3lb well-in after that first handicap success, it should pay to stick with the James Fanshawe-trained gelding, with the longer trip a potential source of further progression. Thapa VC and All Agleam have been holding their form well and have solid chances, while The Waiting Game is dangerous to underestimate.
