VERDICT: Lolly Macker (7) was beaten for the first time in her last start but lost little in defeat, finishing a creditable 3rd over course and distance on her Vincennes debut. She remains open to improvement so looks good value to reconnect with success. Leona Du Gite (6), who has already proven her efficiency and competitiveness under the saddle, and enigmatic Lou D'ecroville (5), for whom this will again be a question of wisdom, have the means to make life difficult for the selection. Last-start winner La Cheneviere (4) isn't without a chance.
