VERDICT: Betweenthesticks is an interesting recruit for the Ruth Carr stable and, having won off just a 2lb lower mark for his former trainer on his penultimate start, this could be a good time to catch the son of Captain Gerrard. The class-dropping Secret Command looks a serious contender at this level, while Ifonlytheycudtalk is also noteworthy back in a low-grade handicap after being well backed for a near miss in a classified event at Thirsk last month.
