ANALYSIS: Dwelt, slow to stride, held up last, detached before halfway, tailed off from 4f out, eased when beaten 3f out, tailed off
VERDICT: Marmalade Lady finished 12 lengths clear of the third when hitting the crossbar in heavy conditions over 1m4f at Ffos Las last month and she should go well off a 1lb lower rating. However, she could come out second best to Normandy Vista, who had Sonning (third) behind when taking the silver medal home at Catterick on his penultimate start and he followed that up with a fair third over two furlongs shorter at the same venue last time. Charlie Johnston's three-year-old looks well placed to return to winning ways.
