VERDICT: Daisy Roots recorded a narrow success over C&D a fortnight ago and is a key player from 4lb higher, but preference is for Judge Frank. The Inns Of Court gelding recorded a narrow victory of his own over 7f at Chepstow off 2lb lower last time and, with cheekpieces applied for the first time and sent over an extra furlong, further improvement could be in the offing. Absolutely Buzzing sprang a 50/1 surprise when winning at Chelmsford last month and, with few miles on the clock, she may prove there was no fluke about that effort.
