VERDICT: The one-time winner Aesop's Fables (7) has not been seen since flopping at Sha Tin last year. he is much travelled but quite capable of winning a race like this. Ponntos (1) was not disgraced when fifth in a Group 1 at York last time out and should make a bold bid at scoring back on his home track. No Half Measures (14) continues to improve and would not be a surprise winner. Rogue Lightning (8) is unreliable but makes the trip form the UK and deserves some respect.
