VERDICT: Oceanic Wonder (winner) accounted for Hardman (second), who has since recorded a triumph of his own, at Redcar last month, and the pair meet on the same terms here. The latter isn't certain to be suited by a drop in trip having won over 1m2f at Chelmsford, so the form is expected to be upheld. However, if likely pace angles Pearl Sands and Showmethewayhome go too hard, then stamina could come into play.
