VERDICT: Yermanthere has to be noted having scored at Carlisle last time, but a 4lb rise will make life tougher for him here. As a result, preference is for Transitioning, who won a similar event over course and distance when last seen in July and the unexposed three-year-old may have more improvement left to come. Phoenix Passion is another progressive type to consider and he was only beaten a length despite finishing fifth on his most recent outing at Kempton.
