VERDICT: Back at the top of his game with 2 win in his last 3 starts, Hasard D'erable (8) returns to a track he appreciates with every chance of repeating. David Thomain will nevertheless be keeping a keen eye on the better-placed Iron Du Gers (3) who would have finished close last time had he not faulted early, and Hold Up Du Saptel (11) who has been hard to fault all year.
