VERDICT: Rambuso Creek warrants plenty of respect as the only course winner in this field, but both of his victories have been over shorter and his last run was an uninspiring last of 15. Papabella wasn't beaten far when third at Goodwood last month and she can go well off bottom-weight, so may prove the biggest danger to Gundogan. A four-length novice win last time out was thoroughly deserved after some solid placed efforts, and a mark of 72 seems more than fair for his return to handicap company.
