VERDICT: Mutanaaseq landed this race last year off a mark of 67 and although he has not won in 12 outings since, he races off 10lb lower now and cannot be ignored. He can go well, but Rain Cap has also won here (four times) and was only beaten a short-head off 1lb lower over C&D last month. He could go one better now with a clear run, although Penny Ghent is one to watch in first-time cheekpieces, despite carry 1lb more than her allotted mark.
