VERDICT: Birkenhead has developed quite the love affair with this track, having scored on two of his last three starts over this C&D, including last time out. A 2lb rise for that success could prove lenient and he can double up at the main expense of Albegone, who remains on a winnable mark and was runner-up here recently. Having finished in the first three on three of her last four outings, the consistent Miss Anya is likely to be thereabouts as well.
