VERDICT: Luckie Seven backed up the promise he showed in bumpers when scoring on his hurdling debut over 2m4f at this venue last time, but this drop in trip is a slight concern. With that in mind, the vote goes to Gers Gigi, who justified favouritism in a decisive manner at Sligo on her latest outing and may prove very hard to stop under Sean Bowen. Byron Hill was second in a C&D maiden last month and also merits consideration.
