VERDICT: Denied the hat-trick when sanctioned early at Vichy recently, Kaporal Carisaie (10) returns to a track where he went close earlier in the summer and can win this if David Thomain gets him off on the right foot. King Prestige (3), however, has won 3 of his last 4 and will similarly have his chances if Sebastien Ernault ensures his initial strides. Kelas Du Cebe (14) enjoys a good entry, showed his form last time out, and will be expected to play an active role. King De Larre (13) would have won at Cabourg late-July had he not faulted and Paul Ploquin receives the honour of setting the record straight.
