VERDICT: Hamish put in a very rare poor performance when well beaten into fourth at Newmarket, but that followed a top-class effort when second in the Coronation Cup at Epsom. With that in mind, the eight-year-old can be given another chance as he bids to repeat his 2021 victory in this contest. Kalpana has proven to be consistent throughout this season and is likely to be in the mix once again, while Lion's Pride edges out Cemhaan to be best of the rest.
