VERDICT: Berto Ramirez pipped Red Scarlet to the runner-up berth at Leopardstown, with Invincibletomorrow hot on their heels. David Marnane's youngster didn't have the best of passages through the race so, although his superiority was only marginal, he is fancied to confirm it. The return to 7f will aid the cause of Saint Brandon, who was second over this trip at the Galway Festival. Smoke Them Out has to be respected, while State Of Joy is the most interesting of the newcomers.
