VERDICT: Zadall (1) has a handy two kilos off his back with his rider's claim and is a versatile performer on the flat and over hurdles. He can score from old rival Khazar Lises (4) who was third when Zadall (1) won at Royan in early August over hurdles. He is better off at the weights and can be competitive. Polyrisk (8) has been off the track since December when he was second. If fit he can be involved. Le Lascar (2) looks best of the remainder.
