VERDICT: Livio Milo runs in a first-time tongue-tie, but is an able performer in useful handicap races. Well suited by this distance, he was well enough held in his latest two runs but drops in grade and while 1lb wrong for future races, his rider claims 3lb and this race is winnable. Malbay Madness disappointed twice at the recent Galway Festival, but is forgiven that second run as it came just three days after his hurdles race. He had good handicap form last year, but would ideally prefer easy ground. Recent maiden hurdle winner Expound has been running well in similar handicaps and is well suited by conditions.
