VERDICT: Earth Cry's winning run came to an end when fourth at Uttoxeter a month ago, but he was far from disgraced on that occasion and should not be discounted. That said, preference is still for Stans The Man, who was only narrowly denied off this mark over 2m7f at Worcester 11 days ago. River Robe was a beaten odds-on favourite at Market Rasen when last seen, but is another who could go well.
