VERDICT: Rosy Affair is yet to be out of the first two in her six starts under Rules and she makes the most solid case in this field. George Boughey's charge was beaten just a neck by Star Of Lady M, who has subsequently given that form a significant boost when running away with a valuable handicap at York on Wednesday, over C&D last month and a 1lb rise may prove to be lenient. Just three quarters of a length separated Dashing Dick (second) and Equiano Springs (third) C&D earlier this month and they appear likely to follow the selection home.
