VERDICT: Brian struggled in a Listed event at Ascot last time but was third in the Chesham earlier in the season and his 6f novice success in between suggests that this drop in trip should not be a problem. With that in mind, he just gets the vote over Li Ban, who put in a career best when third in a similar event to this at Naas last time. The rest all have some questions to answer but Force And Valour and Lesley's Boy are the pick of them.
