VERDICT: Glamorous Joy got off the mark with a cosy win at Salisbury, although further improvement is necessary off an 8lb higher figure. Midnight Lir is preferred off his current rating having placed on his last couple of outings, but Caribbean Wind may prove the one to side with. The Bated Breath filly won a novice race at Ripon with the minimum of fuss and makes her handicap debut with George Bass taking 3lb off her back. Glitterella and Little Miss Magic could prove best of the rest.
