VERDICT: Aces Wild appears to be the most solid proposition in this field following a last-gasp success over C&D, and a repeat of that effort would make him difficult to beat. Adrian Wintle's runner won with more in hand than the narrow margin might suggest and a 4lb rise may not halt his progression. Nelson Gay struck over track and trip off a 7lb higher mark last September and a return to form would see him involved, while any market support for Mondammej should be noted.
