VERDICT: Under Siege never recovered from a slow start when failing to land the odds at Windsor, but it's difficult to ignore his debut second to subsequent Dante winner Economics back in April and he merits another chance on that form. The four-year-old Lordsbridge Blu steps up in distance after a decent debut fourth over 7f at Yarmouth and may prove a solid threat, while others for the shortlist include Calanthe and Shimmering Spin.
