VERDICT: Smooth Silesie resumed winning ways on the turf track at Lingfield. She should confirm running with third-placed Carmarthen, but has been raised 7lb for that success and Call Time makes more appeal off his current handicap mark. Stan Moore's charge coped well with the soft going when runner-up to a hot favourite in maiden company here, and he looks worth another chance back at this level. Port Hedland will be sharper for last month's handicap debut effort and has plenty of scope for improvement.
