VERDICT: The vote goes to Palazzo Persico, who appeared to relish the return to 10 furlongs when filling the runner-up spot at Nottingham recently. Ed Dunlop's charge was nudged up 2lb in the ratings for that display but, with further scope for improvement at this trip, he is taken to go one better. Sisterandbrother has proven largely consistent this campaign and is unlikely to be far away, although the unexposed Risen Again should benefit from a hike in distance and he could be the main threat.
