VERDICT: The twice-raced Kalahari Blue was notably supported in the betting at Newbury on her latest start. While she didn't get the rub of the green as that race panned out, the daughter of Blue Point still showed enough promise to suggest she can make amends for that narrow loss as she steps down in class here. Spiritualism, who was a respectable third at Kempton in May, also appeals as a potential improver back on turf, while First Instinct and Bowerchalke are interesting newcomers to consider.
