VERDICT: It could pay to stick with Golden Paradise, who hasn't raced since making a winning start at Windsor back in April, but scored with plenty in hand and may prove good enough to defy a penalty. Miss Nightfall also debuted at Windsor and would have finished closer than third with a clear run, while Facoulty showed improvement at Yarmouth and further progress looks likely. Empowered Queen and Glitterinthesky are both newcomers worthy of a second glance.
