VERDICT: Split Elevens could only manage third in a classified race at Newcastle when bidding for a hat-trick, but he gets another chance returning to handicap company with Morgan Cole taking 3lb off his back. Rinnovati won over this distance at Chepstow in June before placing over a mile at Leicester and connections will be hoping a switch of headgear will bring further improvement, while Electrified also has a shout.
