VERDICT: Refuge was a comfortable winner at Beverley last time out and a subsequent 5lb rise should be no barrier to further success, while recent Pontefract scorer Holbache is another to be interested in despite a rise in class. However, Strong Johnson's handicap mark continues to slide. Paul Midgley's sprinter returned to form when filling the runner-up spot in a class 4 at Thirsk on Friday, though, and a similar display could see Kyle McHugh record a maiden victory on English soil.
