VERDICT: Charlie Appleby's yard continues to fire-in the winners and Mountain Breeze looks sure to be suited by this extra furlong. The Godolphin filly was doing her best work in the closing stages when runner-up over 6f in the Group 2 Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes here and can confirm superiority with Liberalised. The latter is fancied to finish closer on this occasion, given Karl Burke won this last year with subsequent dual Group 1 winner Fallen Angel, while Lake Victoria has a string of fancy entries after landing a maiden race at the Curragh and the Frankel filly may well prove competitive at this higher level.
