VERDICT: Captivate looked very much a work in progress when fifth on debut over 7f at Newmarket last month, running greenly before making some good late headway. With that experience under her belt, she can get off the mark at the second time of asking. Mandana, who was third in the aforementioned contest, warrants respect once more, although she may not be able to confirm the form. Newcomer Peaceful Spirit represents a yard who know how to ready one first time up and must be of interest.
