VERDICT: Three and four-year-olds have dominated this race, with seven of the last eight winners, and that run may continue if Continuance runs to his best. An easy Chepstow winner over 1m2f in May, he weakened late on when tried over 1m4f at Ripon last time and should do better off bottom-weight back at 10 furlongs. Blue Yonder could feature if he takes to first-time cheekpieces after a poor run at Newbury, while Bass Player can't be ruled out on his second start after wind surgery.
