VERDICT: Fortamour is a five-time C&D winner who produced a solid effort to hit the frame in a class 4 event at Thirsk on his latest outing and he should go well off an unchanged mark. However, the vote goes to Bay Breeze, who sported first-time cheekpieces when he finished fourth at York last month and he was kindly dropped 1lb for that display. The five-year-old accounted for Fortamour (second) and Twelfth Knight (third) when landing this contest last year and he looks the one to beat. International Girl completes the shortlist.
