VERDICT: Al Muqdad did best of those who were ridden off the pace when third at Yarmouth last Thursday and has to command the utmost respect off the same mark. The vote, though, goes to Ararat based on his latest C&D second when taking a big step forward from his return to action and the son of Kodiac appears to have more to offer. Waiting All Night drops in grade and is feared with cheekpieces reapplied.
