VERDICT: Although her career record of just one success from 20 runs doesn't inspire confidence, Rain has been threatening to win a race such as this for some time. Unlucky in running when third at Navan last October, the James Barcoe-tRained mare has run consistently in three starts since her reappearance in April. Often the victim of a poor draw, the five-year-old finds herself just three off the rail here. Third in the corresponding race last year, Luminous Light is likely to have been aimed at a repeat bid. He can get involved at the business end, while Mr Percy and Toll Stone command attention as well.
