VERDICT: Those with experience don't appear to set an unattainable standard and it may pay to side with a newcomer, namely Arabian Angel. The 350,000gns breeze-up purchase, a son of Dark Angel, represents a stable that tends to excel in races of this nature and it will be no surprise if he is forward enough to win first time up. Pinatubo colt Diablo Rojo is respected for owners who are no strangers to first-time-out winners, while Sealine offered plenty to work on when fifth at Hamilton.
