VERDICT: Emporess' third start, when finishing fourth at Wolverhampton in June, was her best run so far, making some decent headway before her effort petered out in the closing stages. Given some time since, the daughter of Mehmas appeals on her nursery debut off what appears to be a very fair mark. She Went Whoosh would be capable of a decent showing if repeating the form of her debut second at Ripon, with Tees Aggregates and Stat Goddess completing the shortlist.
