    ANALYSIS: NonRunner
VERDICT: Bateman and Johnny Ringo are notable three-year-olds to consider as each gets an 8lb weight-for-age allowance, with the first-named especially appealing being only 1lb higher than his recent Carlisle success. However, older horses have won two of the three previous renewals of this race and, with that in mind, dual C&D winner Dingle edges preference in the search for a bit of value. The selection seems to raise his game on the all-weather and is dangerous to underestimate back at his seemingly favourite venue.
