VERDICT: Kelp Forest looked better than ever when quickening well to win going away over track and trip last month. On the evidence of that victory, a resultant 7-point penalty is unlikely to halt his momentum. Familiar foe Kebonalesedi is weighted to pose more of a threat, so shouldn't be taken lightly.
