VERDICT: Eriskay made a solid return to action when third at Naas earlier in the month and it must be significant that Dermot Weld, who also owns the daughter of Profitable, has persisted with her, especially from her rating of 47. She kept on nicely over 6f in the manner that suggested the return to 7f would pose no issue and she gets the vote to gain her second career victory. Blue Wood won comfortably at Down Royal last month but has a 10lb rise to contend with. With that in mind, the main threat appears to be Lohengrin, who finished third here in a claimer on his penultimate start.
