VERDICT: Giorgio M tends to go well when on the front end and, having justified favouritism in a similar race over this C&D in May, the in-form gelding has a lot going for him. The selection arrives on the back of another dominant success at Wolverhampton eight days ago, with Tommie Jakes' 5lb claim offsetting the majority of his 6lb penalty. George Boughey's three-year-old is hard to oppose and can get the better of Rory, Rapido Girl and Monhammer.
