VERDICT: Afta Party bounced back to form in no uncertain terms when recording a commanding C&D win earlier this month and a 7lb rise might not be beyond him, but Shinji gets the nod. The five-year-old did well to finish second at Newton Abbot last time out having raced close to a strong pace. Sean Bowen gets back aboard and further improvement might be on the cards. Jacobs Acre heads the remainder.
