VERDICT: Purple Gown won over course and distance on her penultimate start but was well beaten under a penalty back here latest. The progressive Humble Spark makes more appeal, as Jim Goldie's charge was narrowly beaten at this venue between winning efforts at Newcastle and there looks more to come. Ledger never threatened the winner when third here latest but is capable of another decent showing, while Ffos Las second Change Of Fortune remains a maiden after 19 starts.
