VERDICT: A drop in trip is likely to suit Post Rider, who weakened late on over 1m2f at Newmarket last month. The previously progressive daughter of Postponed must be respected, but preference is for Night Lark. Ralph Beckett's charge showed a willing attitude to score on her handicap bow at Wolverhampton last time out and, with the switch to turf unlikely to be an issue, she looks set to go well from 2lb higher. Valkyrian is another to note.
