VERDICT: Pinkerton doubled his career tally to four wins by scoring twice over fences this spring notably when just touching off Saint Roi last time in a competitive handicap at the Punchestown Festival. The bumper winner is still quite lightly raced for an eight-year-old and is an interesting recruit to the Flat. Dunvegan was a high-class chaser but didn't show much on both outings when switched to the Flat this year, while Mordor ended a run of placed efforts over hurdles when easily landing the odds in a Sligo maiden recently. Benjis Benefit has shown promise when setting the pace on his latest two starts including when runner-up to the odds-on Williamstowndancer at Leopardstown while Toto Too is another for the shortlist.
