VERDICT: Royal King (5) could be fairly treated for this handicap as he has been competing in arguably stronger races at Auteuil of late. He is the selection ahead of Spes Energibuck's (7) who was a good second last time at Craon over 3700m in a handicap chase on June 24th. He can not be overlooked.
