VERDICT: After a very pleasing second on her racecourse debut over 1m2f at Nottingham, this looks a good opportunity for French Mistress to get off the mark at the second attempt. Kevin Philippart De Foy's charge was only beaten a neck on that occasion, finishing with a strong late run, and should come on for that experience. Fox Vision has been running with credit in handicap company of late and he can be seen to better effect now back in a maiden, while Poncho is also of interest.
