VERDICT: Monsieur Patat was having only his second outing for Adrian Wintle's yard when scoring at Hamilton in May. He remains on a winning handicap mark, despite a 6lb rise for that success, and can go in again. Mintana finished just in front of Sea The Buckthorn when third over course and distance latest and that pair can figure again, while Global Effort won over 6f here on his penultimate start but his previous attempts over this trip fail to inspire confidence.
